The previous MLS system was a "custom" built system that was not providing the necessary benefits that our clients required to make informed buying decisions and brokers/developers needed to understand the trends within the marketplace. In addition, the old MLS system has significant data integrity issues ranging from out of date information, expired listings still being represented as active, to data mysteriously disappearing from the system.
