The Cabo Comedy Festival, under the slogan “Where the Land Ends and the Fun Begins” is a five day comedy event taking place October 2-6, 2013 in Cabo San Lucas. The Cabo Comedy Festival will feature performances at the Hard Rock Café, Desperados, Pink Kitty Nightclub and Cabo Wabo from over 75 of the entertainment industry’s top stand-up headliners.
Cabo San Lucas Farmers Market, Pedregal
Monica Diaz Rivera is pleased to announce that the Cabo Farmer’s Market at Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas will continue throughout the summer and year round as long as there are those interested in organic fruits and vegetables. Contrary to some reports, this added value to the community with seasonally grown food produced within a drivable distance at fair and reasonable prices will not cease operation as some other markets in the area have announced.
Individual vendors, mostly farmers who set up booths selling produce picked at the peak of flavor preserving the nutritional content, fruits, herbs, handmade cheeses, eggs and poultry from free-range fowl, as well as heirloom produce, are available every Wednesday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Other vendors include artisans with unique jewelry, tamales, perogies, fresh flowers and more.
The market helps farmers stay in business throughout the summer as well as to preserve the natural resources and maintain important social ties, linking neighbors in a mutually rewarding exchange. Stop by and enjoy a moment of time-honored tradition while selecting next week’s table fare. The Pedregal Market is a happening place at Mar Adentro Spa located at the base of the rear entrance to Pedregal across from the Camino del Colegio off the road to Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach in Cabo San Lucas.

This concert takes place on the East Cape, in Vinorama next to Punta Perfecta at the junction of the Palo Escopeta Road and the East Cape Coast Road.
This year the second-annual Cabo Marine Show aims to bring together more than 40 top local and foreign vendors from Los Cabos, La Paz and mainland Mexico. The event will showcase goods and services complementing the area’s high-end marine and luxury markets—from top local area marinas and real estate developments, to luxury yacht and boat charters, commercial grade marine products and services, fashion and lifestyle, live entertainment and more.
The show will run from 1pm to 9m, Thursday, April 21 through Saturday, April 23, 2011, in a beautiful open-air setting. Admission is free to the general public. The location is on the Marina waterfront sections of the Puerto Paraiso Shopping Center, Luxury Avenue Boutique Mall and the Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa—commonly known as the Marina Golden Zone. It takes place during one of Mexico’s most important holiday weeks, Semana Santa.
