With the aim of promoting the local product and gastronomy of Baja California Sur, this Wednesday, November 1, 2017, the director of Sabor a Cabo Rural, also owner of the organic garden Los Tamarindos “Enrique Silva”, released the details that will give life, for the 5th time to this event; reiterating on several occasions the importance of keeping alive the essence of our ancestors, with each recipe that we inherited and that some chefs currently give themselves to the task of offering in some restaurants in the region.

Silva also stressed that another of the priorities of this gastronomic congregation is to support the communities, so the cost of the ticket will be very economical, so that all local families can attend and know the riches that they have FROM THE GARDEN TO THE TABLE . Sabor a Cabo Rural will be enjoyed next December 3, at Huerta Los Tamarindos, located in San José del Cabo, starting at 1:00 pm and ending at approximately 5:30 p.m., as in previous years, everything that is raised in the sale of tickets, will be destined in support to the Integral Development of the Family (DIF) of the municipality of Los Cabos, donation that will be used, in the diverse necessities that the institution generates, the tickets will be for sale to Starting next week, in restaurants and bars such as Tequila, Pitahayas, Tamarindo and in government institutions such as the Secretary of Tourism and the DIF.

The presidium was formed by the founder of Sabor a Cabo, Mrs. Edith Jiménez, the director of the DIF Manuel Castro who attended on behalf of Mrs. Vianey de La Rosa, president of DIF, Jacobo Turky president of Sabor a Cabo Great Event and the aforementioned Enrique Silva Chef and Director of Sabor a Cabo.
