This state-of-the-art spectacle will be visible from any part of Medano Beach and throughout the city. 

For the first time, The Medano Beach Bussines Owners Association will display a drone light show to welcome 2022.

Medano Beach has become the place to be on New Year´s Eve. Restaurants, Hotels, and Bars offer special menus, live shows, and an all-out firework extravaganza that attracts thousands of travelers and locals. This exuberant celebration has not been without criticism, precisely because of the fireworks. And since, in an effort towards sustainability, we will welcome the new year with an important step forward by replacing the fireworks with a drone light show.

This year’s celebration will be a four-minute-long light show.

As we strive onward, we will continue to celebrate whilst making sure to safeguard what’s important.
