To celebrate, the resort will re-launch it beloved Agua restaurant as “Agua by Larbi”, on Wednesday, January 8, 2014, in recognition of Executive Chef Larbi Dahrouch. Renowned Chef friends of Larbi such as, Jean-Georges, Thomas Keller and Enrique Olvera will join in the celebration and will take over the kitchen to prepare each night a fabulous 4-course dinner menu with Mexican wine pairing.
