Bacalao Navideño $ 120
Cod Fish prepared with colonial-mexican influence, adding chiles, tomato, capers,
olives, almonds and bell peppers.
Romeritos con Tortitas de Camarón $ 110
Romeritos are a native plant, only harvested for this time, served in a
chile-rich mole with cactus leaves, and shrimp patties.
Tamal de Jaiba $ 80
Baja Crab meat/ cappers/ olives/ raisins/ almonds/ plantain/ with veracruzana tomatobellpepper sauce/ wrapped in hoja santa and banana leaf.
Barbacoa de Cordero $ 290
Lamb marinated in a chipotle-guajillo and ancho chile rub, scented in avocado and
acuyo leaves / slowly cooked in mezquite fire-pit. Served with guacamole/ cilantro
mashed potatoes/ beans/ pasilla chile-beer sauce.
Buñuelo de Viento $70
A crunchy pastry with molasses syrup, tejocote and cinnamon.
Ponche de Posada $50
Ponche is a warm tropical fruit punch made with guava, tejocote,
tamarind and apple combined with dried fruits and flowers. Served during our Mexican
posadas. Some times we spice it up with Tequila, Rum or Brandy (Optional)
