“It is my connection to the Baha and its people that I celebrate in this collection. This beautiful area has provided so much to us. We can always count on the amazing sunshine just when our northern Canadian winter is at its darkest and coldest. We feel comfortable and welcomed by the locals. And we have been on the receiving end of their kindness many, many times over the years.

Through friends, I came to know about a wonderful local organization that gives a helping hand to those who need it most: LIGA MAC. The work and the generosity of those involved inspired me to develop a collection of painting that would be my giving back project. I am pleased to donate 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these painting to LIGA MAC, for its work in the areas of education and support.”  – Val Hodgson
