Join Cabo Wine Club at Casa Dorada Resort, with Executive Chef Carlos Bonilla, at 12 Tribes Restaurant for an entertaining hands on cooking demonstration and delightful mea. Carlos will share his passion for classic and contemporary Baja Cuisine and teach expert cooking techniques and tricks of the trade followed by a four-course luncheon, paired with three fine wines. A Vintner will be on hand to present and discuss each wine paring, and patrons will have an opportunity to purchase the paired wines at a very special price. Chef to talk about where to buy products locally.
